摘要
通过实际工程案例,对某一砖混住宅楼施工裂缝的成因从设计、施工、材料使用及温度变形等几个方面进行了分析,并提出了预防施工裂缝产生的几点建议,以供类似工程参考借鉴。
Through practical engineering cases, the author analyzes the causes of construction cracks in a certain brick-concrete residential building from design, construction, utilization of materials and temperature deformation, and makes several suggestions to prevent construction cracks, which to offer a reference for similar construction.
