摘要
从建筑材料、构造设计、施工工艺等方面分析了框架住宅外墙裂缝的产生原因,并提出相应的防治措施,指出墙体施工时应严格遵守操作规程,加强过程质量控制,以使外墙裂缝得到有效地预防。
From building materials, construction design, construction technology and other aspects reasons caused the cracks on external wall of residence with frame structure are analyzed; at the same time corresponding preventive measures are proposed. Author points out that strict operation instruction should be followed to strengthen procedure quality control for cracks control.
