通过工程建设前期、中期以及后期对工程造价影响较大的几个关键环节的分析,得出只有控制好以上几个关键环节,才能实现对项目工程造价有效控制的结论,并提出了不同阶段控制工程造价的对策措施。

Through analyzing several key links which have large influences on construction cost at primary, middle and late stage of engineering construction, the author draws a conclusion that well controlling the key links can man effectively control construction cost of project, and puts forward countermeasures to control construction cost at different stages.
