浅谈大桥T梁预制外观质量控制

Appearance quality control of precast T-beam of one bridge

结合工程实例,对预制T梁出现的蜂窝、麻面、混凝土外表面气泡、模板缝痕或缝口处不规划色斑、砂线等各种质量问题的原因进行了分析,并对其外观现象进行了描述,同时提出了针对性的防治措施,以保证预制T梁的工程质量。

Combined with practical work, according to the appearance quality defects of precast T-beam such as honeycomb, surface voids, bubble and so on causing reasons are analyzed; at the same time corresponding prevention measures are proposed in order to ensure engineering quality of precast T-beam.
