摘要
以太平湖大桥为例,对钢板下料、节段预拼以及焊接等拱肋加工方面的线形控制进行了介绍,对吊装过程中的线形控制进行了研究,最后对可能影响拱肋线形产生的主要因素进行了分析,实践表明,该控制方法,实施方便,数据精度满足要求,达到了监测监控线形的目的。
Taking Taipinghu bridge as an example, this paper introduces the linear control of arch rib processing as steel slab baiting, segment preassemble" and jointing, studies linear control during hoisting process, analyzes the main factors probably influenced the linearis of arch rib, and shows by practices that this control method is convenient to be implemented, satisfies the requirement of data accuracy, and achieves the purpose of monitoring linearis.
