摘要
本文报道了以戊二醛为交联剂,将葡萄糖淀粉酶和葡萄糖氧化酶固定在铂电极上制成麦芽糖电报。该电极测定麦芽糖浓度范围为5.0×10^(-5)~10^(-4)mol/L,响应时间为30s。蔗糖、果糖、半乳糖、淀粉均不干扰测定麦芽糖。葡萄糖的干扰可通过葡萄糖氧化酶电极来消除。此麦芽糖双酶电极可连续测定500次以上,冰箱放置2个月之后响应电流并不下降。
Glucoamylase and glucose oxidase were immobilized on the platinum plate surfase of the sensor of an electrode(φ=1cm). The linear range for maltose determination is 5. 0×10^(-5)~1. 0×10^(-4)mol/L and the response time is 30 seconds. Fructose, sucrose, galactose, and starch do not disturb the maltose determination. The disturbance of glucose can be removed by glucose electrode. The maltose electrode can be used repeatedly over five hundred times and after two mouths its sensitivity dose not change.
