宪法司法化是一个以司法制度角色出现的隐含着基本政治制度的具体的、现实的社会制度,我们要以现实的、实践着的制度层面为视角,关注和分析微观宪法实现制度的起源、生存和发展,以此促成制度建设的发展和完善。

The judicialization of the constitution is a concrete and actual social system that implies the basic political system acting the role of judicial system. Therefore, the actual and practical level of the system should be the viewpoint from which the origin, existence and development of the actualization system of the constitution may be regarded and analyzed to facilitate the system construction.
