泄露国家秘密罪的犯罪主体应是一般主体;主观方面既可以是故意,也可以是过失;客观方面可具体解析为行为人“知密”、行为人“违法”、行为人“泄密”及行为人泄密行为“情节严重”;客体是国家的保密制度。

The subject of the crime of betraying state secrets is general person; the subjective requisition of the crime should be intentional or negligent crime; the objective requisition of the crime includes four aspects： （ 1 ） the offender realizes that the object of the crime is state secrets; （2） the offender violated the stipulations of the Law of Protection of State Secrets; （3） the offender intentionally or negligently revealed state secrets; （4） the offence created harmful consequence; and the object of the crime is the secret-protection system of the state.
