摘要
讨论了三聚氰胺甲醛加成缩聚体系的官能团红外吸收。得到了以羟甲基在995cm^(-1)和1390cm^(-1)吸收带及亚甲基桥在1340cm^(-1)吸收带的积分强度定量的工作曲线。建立了用红外光谱定量分析三聚氰胺树脂的羟甲基和亚甲基桥的分析方法。
The infrared(IR)characteristic absorption of curing structure in melamine resins has been discussed. The correlations among the area ratios of 813cm^(-1) band(triazine), 995cm^(-1)(methylol), 1390cm^(-1)(methylol)as well as 1335cm^(-1)(methylene)band and corresponding groups values were obtained. A method for determining methylol and methylene groups contents in the resins by IR was suggested.
