稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效观察

Observation of Effect on Premature Ventricular Contraction of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Stabilizing Heart Granula

目的:观察稳心颗粒对冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法:治疗组86例用稳心颗粒治疗,对照组62例用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:冠心病室性早搏和中医证候疗效比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:稳心颗粒对冠心病室性早搏和证候改善有明显疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenxinkeli on ventricular premature beat（VPB） differentiated in TCM as palpitation of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome or Xin collateral stagnation syndrome in 148 cases with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods 148 patients with VPB caused by CHD were randomly divided into two groups： 86 patients in treatment group were treated with Wenxinkeli; the other 62 patients in control group were treated with Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate. Four weeks was a treatment course. Results The clinical efficacy on VPB and inimproving TCM syndromes was better in Wenxinkeli group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wenxinkeli has definite effect on VPB and TCM syndromes.
