中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜60例观察

Observation on Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(116 cases) Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:116例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为治疗组60例及对照组56例,两组均用西替利嗪片口服结合复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉滴注,治疗组加用中药治疗,共治疗2周。结果:总有效率治疗组96.67%、对照组66.07%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜痊愈率高,副作用小,复发率低。

Objective to observation the therapeutic effect of TCM and west medicine in treatment of Henoch- Schonlein purpura. Methods In the treatment group TCM and west medicine was taken orally,and were adinistered with compound glycyrrhiz. Results Total effective ratio of treatment group is higher than control group respectively, Great sighificances were found between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM and West medicine are effective in the treatment of Henoch-schonlein purpura, so it can be selected in the clinical treatment.
