摘要
RPMS模型可以根据企业各装置的加工能力、装置性能及状况、原油价格、产品价格、产品结构等许多因素制定出合理的优化排产计划。在原油采购中,可以根据市场变化及时筛选出合适的原油来顶替原来计划采购的原油。还可以用来测算炼化企业效益,可以根据进料的不同油种、不同比例动态地测算出各装置、产品的硫分布。
RPMS model can work out rational optimal production plan according to the production capacity, performance and condition of each plant, price of crude oil and products, products structure, and so on. In the purchasing of crude oil, it can select appropriate kind of crude oil to take place the planned variety according to the change of market. Moreover, it can be used to calculate the profit of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises, as well as the sulfur distribution in each plant and product according to the varieties and proportion of crude oil in the feed.
