摘要
攀钢新3号高炉使用的高风温组合换热技术用热管换热回收热风炉烟气的余热,加热高炉煤气和助燃空气,用燃烧部分高炉煤气获得的热烟气经扰流子换热器进一步提高助燃空气的温度,从而在全部使用高炉煤气的条件下获得1250℃以上的风温。
By means of combined heat exchanging technology used in new No. 3 BF of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. , residual heat from the hot air stove fume is recovered through the hot pipe and used for heating BF gas and combustion air; hot fume generated from combustion of partial BF gas passes through turbolator heat exchanger to heat combustion air further with purpose of obtaining hot air with temperature higher than 1250℃ under the conditions of fully using BF gas.
