研究目的:通过对盾构选型的研究,为类型工程的盾构选型提供参考,掌握盾构选型的关键技术。研究方法:分析了北京铁路地下直径线的工程地质及水文地质;针对不同类型盾构的结构特点,进行了可行性分析和论证;通过对盾构类型与地层渗透性的关系、与粘土含量的关系、与颗粒级配的关系的分析,从开挖面稳定机理、地表沉降、装机功率、刀具磨损、施工成本、施工进度等方面对盾构选型进行了详细阐述和方案比较。研究结果:通过对不同类型盾构的分析,完成了适应于北京铁路地下直径线工程的盾构选型,并对盾构施工的关键技术进行了探讨。研究结论:通过对工程地质及水文地质的分析,得知北京铁路地下直径线工程最适合使用泥水盾构施工。

Research purposes： Through the research of choose TBM, this paper supplied choose reference to this kind of project and handle key skill of choose TBM. Research methods：This paper analysed the engineering geology and hydrography in BEIJING ZJX. Aiming to different TBM＇s characteristic, this paper put up feasibility analyse and argumentation. And through analysis to the relation of TBM type and stratum osmosis, clay content, grain graduation, this paper put up detailed expatiate and project compare form excavated surface mechanism, earth surface sedimentation, assembly power, cut tool abrasion, construction expense and construction progress. Research results：Through the analysis to different type of TBM, this paper finished choosing of TBM which can fit for BEIJING metro ZJX project, and discussed the key skill of TBM construction. Research conclusions：Through the analysis to project geology and hydrography, slurry TBM is the most fit method to BEIJING metro ZJX project
