摘要 本法采用日本理学3070EX射线光谱仪,使用熔融法制备样品,测定了铝土矿、生料、熟料以及赤泥中铝、硅、铁、钙、钛、钾、镁和钠等8个元素。 The sample is dissolved in a borate glass. 0.4g of sample and 4g of Li_2B_4O_7 were mixed in a Pt-Au crucible and then the fusion was carried out at 1050℃ in electric furnace. Prior to pouring, about 30mg of NH_4Br was added to the melt as a release agent. As many as 49 reference samples and synthetic samples are used as calibration. An Rigaku 3070E model X-ray spectrometer was used. Analysis of all elements is performed by Rh target Xray tube. Matrix corrections are applied to interelement effects. The results of XRF are in agreement with those of wet method. The method can be used for routine analysis in production control to replace the classical chemical method.
