包钢100m长尺钢轨CCS万能轧机安装技术

Installing Technique about CCS Universal Mill in the Reconstruct Engineering of the 100m Long Rail of Baotou Steel Corp.

包钢轨梁厂新建成的万能式重轨及型钢生产线,万能轧机由德国西马克引进,轧机机组布置密集,单件形体大,安装标准要求高,部分设备天车不能直接吊装到位。文章简要阐述其安装过程并对一些难点进行剖析,以供同行借鉴。

The product line of universal weight rail and formed steel has been built recently in the Rail ＆ Beam Plant, which is introduced from Germany SMS Ltd. The unit needs laying intensively, the single piece is very large, needs installing in the high standard,a part of the machines can not be located directly by hoisting.This article introduces the installing process and analyses some difficulties in the installing process to give the reference for the trade.
