香蕉组培苗反季节栽培性状分析

Character analyses of the off-season cultivated tissue culture derived banana plantlet

在海南儋州地区对巴西中秆香蕉组培苗进行反季节栽培,在N∶P2O5∶K2O=1.00∶0.17∶2.09的配比施肥及常规管理措施条件下,其长叶总数平均28.74片;抽叶高峰出现在植后第2个月;假茎高度平均231.43cm,假茎离地30cm处茎围平均53.41cm,茎高和茎围的生长旺盛期出现在植后第3个月;定植到抽蕾间隔时间160-190d,抽蕾盛期出现在植后170d;在近八成熟时收获,串果重平均16.87kg,果梳数平均6.75梳,果指数平均115.90个。因此,香蕉组培苗反季节栽培,栽培性状与常规栽培不同,栽培措施应适应反季节栽培的生长规律,以获得更高的产量。

The plantlets of Musa AAA Cavendish cv. Baxi were cultivated in off-season in Danzhou district of Hainan Province. The results showed that under the different ratios of nitrogen to phosphorus to potassium with 1.00：0.17..2.09 and conventional management, the average total leaves was 28.74, the peak of leaf growth was in the 2nd month after planting; the average height of pseudostem was 231.43cm, the average stem girth of 30cm height above ground was 53.41cm, and the peak of stem height and girth growth was in the 3rd month after planting. Moreover, the interval period of fixed planting and bud emergence was 160-190 days, the peak of bud emergence was from the 170th days after planting. The banana fruits were harvested with 80%0 maturation, and the average yield of per bunch fruit was 16.87kg, the average number of fruit combs was 6.75, and fruit fingers was 115.90. Accordingly, the off-season cultivated characters of banana plantlets derived from tissue culture were different from conventional cultivated characters, and the cultivated countermeasures of off-season cultivation should be suitable for the growth trend to achieve further high yield.
