P53与P21基因蛋白在脑星形细胞瘤的表达 被引量:1

P 53 PROTEIN AND RAS P 21 PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN ASTROCYTOMAS

摘要 用P53、P21单克隆抗体免疫组化法检测P53、P21基因蛋白在32例脑星形细胞瘤的表达。结果,P53呈核型表达,阳性率为62.5%;P21为浆型表达,阳性度为78.1%;两者阳性率及表达强度均随肿瘤分级增加而增加,其中18例共同表达阳性(占P53的90%,P21的72%)。表明致癌基因的激活常伴抑癌基因的失活,两者起协同作用;并且P53多为弱阳性(+),而P21多为阳性及强阳性(~),两者在表达强度上有显著性差异(p<0.05)。揭示致癌基因的激活在肿瘤发生发展中起着较抑癌基因交重要的作用。 Thirty-two cases of astrocytomas (grade Ⅰ~Ⅳ)were examined to observe the expression of P 53 and ras P 21 protein with immunohistochemical method (S-P).The results are as follows:P 53 protein xpression was located in the nuclei,the positive incidence of overexpression was 62.5%;ras P 21 protein expression was located in the cytoplasmic,the positive incidence of overexpression was 78.1%.18 cases gave coordendly positive expression for P 53 and ras P 21 protein.The positive incidence and strength of overexpression of P 53 and ras P 21 protein in astrocytomas were related to the grade of the tumor,but the overexpression strength of ras P 21 protein is stronger than that of P 53 protein(0.01<P<0.05).
