摘要
在自装的YWG-C18柱上用甲醇/水作移动相,对采用不同方法进行菲氧化过程中所生成的中间化合物和产物进行了有效的分离,用紫外吸收检测器(UV-254nm)对这些化合物进行了测定。实验结果表明:这些化合物的定量校正曲线具有很好的线性相关性,测定结果的相对平均偏差小于5%,所建立的测定方法简便、快速、可靠。
The reaction products, including various intermediate compounds from different processes for the oxidation of phenanthrene to produce diphenic acid were determined by HPLC. The products were efficiently separated on YWG-C_(18)column with methanol/water solution as the mobile phase and detected at 254nm. Good linear correlation of amount/response was obtained with relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
