我区农业增效、农民增收有效途径及措施探讨

Discussion on the available approaches and measures for increasing the profits of agriculture and the income of farmers in Guangxi

简要分析了影响广西农业生产发展的主要因素,提出要实现我区农业增效、农民增收,必须依靠科研新成果、新技术来支撑,通过建立典型成果应用示范片(村)等加速新成果、新技术的推广应用;要因地制宜选准发展项目,突出优势产业;要建立健全农产品供求信息系统,并充分发挥现代传媒的作用,及时为农民发送、传播各种最新信息和生产技术,减少生产决策的盲目性,规避风险,促进增收。

In the paper, the main factors impacting the development of agricultural production in Guangxi were analyzed briefly, it puts forward that in order to increasing the profits of agriculture and the income of farmers, it must depend on the application of new achievements and new technologies of scientific researches, and demonstrations to accelerate the application of new achievements and technologies. Moreover, the development project should be chosen to suit to local conditions to standing out the advanced industries, and the information system of supply and demand for agricultural products must be established and all kinds of newest information and production techniques must be sent and broadcasted to farmers by modern communication medium to decrease the risks of unreliable production declsion-making, and to promote the increasing of income.
