摘要
本文设计了反相萃取柱色层分离镍(Ⅱ)的新体系:以Teflon-6为载体,在二甲基乙二醛肟-氧仿-氨水(pH9)体系中,镍(Ⅱ)能被定量萃取,以1:30的氨水为杂质淋洗液,以1:20的热盐酸为镍的解脱液,可使Ni^(2+)与Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Al^(3+)、Ti(Ⅳ)、Pd^(2+)、Cr(Ⅵ)、Mg^(2+)、Mo(Ⅵ)、Pt^(2+)、Au^(3+)、Bi^(3+)、Sb(Ⅴ)、Zn^(2+)、W(Ⅵ)、As(Ⅴ)、Tl^(3+)、Fe^(3+)、V(Ⅴ)、Hg^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Ag^+等24种离子定量分离。镍的回收率可达100%(二甲基乙二醛肟光度法测定)。该法不仅分离效率高,而且简便、快速、准确、选择性高,再生性好,能用于岩石、矿物及其它复杂物质中微、痕量镍的分离、富集与测定。
In the separation chromatography, poly tetrafluoroethylene is used as a supporter, and Ni(Ⅰ)can be extracted quantitatvely from the system of dimethylglyoxime-chloroform-ammonia liquid at pH 9. The ions of impurities are scoured with 1: 30 NH_3. H_2O. Ni(Ⅰ)is released with hot solution of 1: 20 HCl and determined spectrophotometrically by dimethet-hylglyoxime. The recovary rate is 100%, the method is simple, fast and sensitive. It has been applied to separate, concentrate and determine trace Ni in ores.
