摘要
本文用硅溶胶、异丙醇铝、六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)、NaOH和H2O反应体系动态水热合成法合成MCM-22分子筛,并采用XRD、SEM测试手段对所制样品进行表征。结果表明:NaOH含量直接影响水热合成的周期,其含量越高,合成周期越短,同时合成混合物中六亚甲基亚胺也相应增加。
MCM- 22 zeolite which was synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal synthesis with silicasol, aluminium isopropoxide, HMI, NaOH and H2O was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the content of NaOH affected the hydrothermal synthesis cycle, the higher the content is, the shorter the cycle is, and the content of HMI rises proportionally.
