采用重量分析法测试TDA中的焦油含量,汽化温度、汽化时间以及样品量是影响分析结果的重要因素,通过对不同分析条件进行试验,得到最佳值分别为:汽化温度360℃,汽化时间10min,样品量为20mg。采用本文的分析方法对样品进行分析验证,平均分析结果的相对误差为6.8%。与原分析方法的结果相比,平均相对误差减少20%。

An improved gravimetry was provided to assay tar content in TDA, Vaporization temperature, time and sample weight were essential factors affecting assay results, and their optimal values were gotten after different experiment conditions had been tested. The optimal vaporization temperature was at 360℃, the time was 10 minutes, and the sample weight was 20mg. The method provided was used to assay several samples, the relative error of average result was 6. 8%, and reduced by 20% compared with that gotten by old method.
