本文就加强和改进党的思想政治工作这个主题，探讨当前为什么要进一步加强和改进党盼思想政治工作，党的思想政治工作具有哪些新的特点，以及如何加强和改进党的思想政治工作等三个问题。
This article is based on enhancing the ideological and political work of our party. It illustrates why and how to do this work and meanwhile points out the characteristics of this work in the new era.
