摘要
在0.001%萘酚绿B和0.005mol/L氢氧化钾溶液中,钙产生一吸附催化波,峰电位为-0.65V(vs.SCE)。钙的浓度在1×10^(16)~1.4×10^(-5)mol/L之间与波高呈线性关系,本法用于血清中钙的分析。
In a solution of 0. 001% naphthol green B(NGB)and 0. 005mol/L KOH, an adsorption wave of calcium-NGB is obtained by single-sweep polarography. It was found that the peak potential of polarographic wave is -0. 65V(vs. SCE), the peak height is proportional to the concentration of calcium over the range of 1. O×^(-6)~1.4×10^(-5)mol/L. This polarographic wave is an adsorptive and catalytic wave.
