共轭亚油酸营养重分配作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 营养重分配作用是CLA重要的生物学功能之一。Park等(1997)首次报道了有关CLA通过改善脂肪/瘦肉的转化率,降低体总脂肪的含量,起到营养重分配剂作用。研究表明,CLA降低了胴体脂肪含量(Dugan等1997;Dunshear等1998;Ostrowoska等1999b),使生长猪背部脂肪厚度降低了25%~30%,而育肥猪(100-105kg)背部脂肪厚度降低了6.5%。Ramsay等(2001)报道,当给育肥猪添加0.25%和0.5%CLA后,10th肋处背脂厚度显著降低,当给育肥猪添加2%CLA后胴体脂肪减少。而瘦肉率增加(Dugan等1997)。Ostrowska等(1999a)CLA使育肥猪体内瘦肉率的转变呈二次方式效应,当CLA添加量为5g/kg时其沉积量最大。Wiegand等(2002)也有相同的报道,他指出CLA使10th、1st和最后肋处背脂厚度呈线性下降趋势,而瘦肉率则随时间效应线性增加。Stangl(2000)发现CLA组鼠体脂显著下降,瘦肉沉积率显著升高。Park和Ha等(2002)报道当给20头育肥猪0%,1%,2.5%,5%的CLA4w后,大理石肉肌间脂肪及肌肉中CLA含量显著增加;LA的含量显著降低。猪腰排中CLA含量的增加而肌间脂肪含量发生改变,SFA的量增加。说明日粮中CLA添加量与肌肉中CLA量有很大的相关性。
