本文总结了化工设备反应釜机械搅拌设备搅拌轴的设计程序及注意事项,并以某公司液-固工况下悬臂轴搅拌器为例,阐述了从问题提出到参数确定的全过程。实践证明,此方法在工程设计中有效可行。

In this paper, a general design programme and some regards for mechanical agitating shaft were summarized. This article expatiated whole process fromproblem brought forward to fix on parameter. Take the design of agitating shaft under liquid-solid for a company for instance. It is proved that this method is suitable for engineering application.
