摘要
传统的小型制冷系统存在着能耗较大、测温系统精确度低等问题;在分析制冷系统工作原理的基础上,提出一种新型制冷控制器的设计思路。该控制器采用数字温度传感器DS18B20来测量温度,采用模糊变频技术控制压缩机以降低制冷能耗,采用模糊控制技术测定霜层厚度。
Traditioal refrigeration system exits many defects as follows:high energy consumption,acute tempreture changes,and low precision in tempreture measurement。In this paper, the typical working principal and control flow are discussed.Inorder to improve precision and anti-jamming ,digital tempreture sensor DS18B20 is adapted to detect tempreture; in order to reduce energy consumption and prevent the compressor from startup frequently,fuzzy-frequency conversion is adapted to control the compressor running according to the changing load,fuzzy control is adapted to control the defroster.
