硫酸镁在全凭静脉麻醉中减少麻醉药用量的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察在全凭静脉麻醉中硫酸镁对麻醉剂和镇痛药用量的影响。方法选择62例行腰椎间盘手术的患者分为两组。硫酸镁组(30例)在诱导麻醉前静注硫酸镁30mg/kg,然后在手术期间以10mg/(kg.h)静脉持续维持;对照组(32例)给予同样容量的生理盐水。用丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼维持全身麻醉并记录用量。结果硫酸镁组丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼用量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无高镁血症征象。结论应用硫酸镁可以明显减少丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼在全凭静脉麻醉中的用量。 Objective The study was designed to assess the effect of preoperatively administered intravenous magnesium sulphate on anaesthetic an analgesic requirements during total intravenous anaesthesia. Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing elective spinal surgery were included in one of two groups. The magnesium group received magnesium sulphate 30 mg/kg as a bolus before induction of anaesthesia and 10 mg/(kg·h) by continuous intravenous infusion during the operation period. The same volume of isotonic solution was administered to the control group. Anaesthesia was maintained with propofol and remifentanil infusions. Results A significant reduction propofol consumption was observed with magnesium administration. (P〈 0. 05). The magnesium group required significantly less remifentanil (P〈0. 05). And no signs of hypermagnesemia were observed. Conclusion The administration of magnesium led to a significant reduction in the requirements for anaesthetic drugs during total intravenous anaesthesia with propofol and remifentanil.
