带膜支架腔内隔绝术与人工血管置换术治疗腹主动脉瘤的风险比较

The discussion of the risks and complications of both SG(Stent Graft)-based endovascular exclusion and traditional vascular prosthesis replacement of open abdominal surgery

目的比较探讨介入手段行带膜支架腔内隔绝术与传统开腹行人工血管置换术治疗腹主动脉瘤的手术风险及并发症情况。方法42例不累及肾动脉的腹主动脉瘤患者分为两组,分别行带膜支架腔内隔绝术和人工血管置换术治疗,并对结果及相关情况进行比较分析。结果介入手段行带膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗腹主动脉瘤在手术过程中的风险及术后短期并发症发生率均明显低于传统开腹行人工血管置换术(P<0.05)。结论介入手段行带膜支架腔内隔绝术治疗腹主动脉瘤比人工血管置换术手术创伤小、术后恢复快,但其中、长期并发症发生率有待进一步观察。

Objective To discuss the risks and complications of both SG-based endovascular exclusion and traditional vascular prosthesis replacement of open abdominal surgery. Methods To divide 42 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm（AAA） without renal artery involved into two groups that to respectively receive SG（Stent Graft）-based endovascular exclusion and vascular prosthesis replacement of open abdominal surgery,and to analyze the results. Results The risks during the SG-based endovascular exclusion and the short-term post-operative complications rates are apparently lower than those of traditional vascular prosthesis replacement of open abdominal surgery. Conclusion SG-based endovascular exclusion has advantages of minidamage and sooner recovery, but the long-term complications rates need to be further observed.
