摘要 目的比较胃癌与癌旁组织中Bcl-2、Bcl-xL和Bax的表达,探讨它们在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法用免疫组化法分别检测胃癌组织与癌旁组织各55例中Bcl-2、Bcl-xL和Bax的蛋白表达情况。结果癌组织和癌旁组织的Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达均无显著性差异(P>0.05);癌组织Bcl-xL蛋白表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-xL的表达明显强于Bcl-2,说明Bcl-xL在胃癌发生发展中可能起着更为重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the role of Bcl-2,Bcl-xL and Bax in gastric carcinoma by detecting the expression of them in cancerous tissue and adjacent tissue. Methods Protein expression of Bcl-2,Bcl-xL and Bax were detected by immunohistochemical method (S-P) in 55 gastric cancerous tissues and adjacent tissues. Results Immunostaining of Bcl-2 were also often lack or weak, no significant difference between cancerous tissue and adjacent tissue was found. In comparison, immunostaining intensity of Bcl-xL were higher and stronger in cancerous tissues than adjacent tissues. Conclusion Bcl-xL expression was much higher than Bcl-2, suggesting it might be more important during the development of gastric carcinoma.
