摘要
通过对测试部位几何形状不同的PDC样品进行磨耗比测试,其结果发现,PDC测试部位的几何形状对最终的磨耗比测试结果有较大影响。对于同一片PDC,测试部位角度越大,测出的磨耗比越高;测试部位为圆弧时,磨耗比最高。作者分析了造成这一结果的原因,并提出,在测试不同PDC的耐磨性或同一PDC中心与边缘的耐磨性时,应使其测试部位的几何形状一致,结果才具有可比性。
We tested some PDC samples with different geometrical shapes and found that the geometrical shapes of PDC have a considerable influence on the testing results of the G-ratio of PDC. For the same PDC sample, the bigger the geometrical angel of PDC is, the higher the testing value of G-ratio is. If the testing part is arc, the testing value of Gratio is the highest. The authors have explained the experimental results and pointed out that if we want to make a comparison of abrasive resistance between different PDC samples or different parts of the same PDC sample, we should guarantee the geometrical shapes of the PDC samples being tested are the same.
