摘要 使用薄型金刚石圆锯片的意义在于减小切缝宽度,从而降低石材资源浪费。薄型金刚石圆锯片的结构设计主要包括锯片基体与金刚石刀头的设计,在文章中对两者均作了论述。通过薄型金刚石圆锯片与普通金刚石圆锯片的性能对比,证实了前者的性能优于后者。 The significance of using thin type circular diamond sawblade is to reduce cutting width, thus lessening stone resources waste. The structural design of thin type circular diamond sawblade mainly included designing of sawblade core and diamond segment ,both of them were discussed in this paper. The performance comparison between thin type circular diamond sawblade and conventional one demonstrated that the former is superior to the latter.
