摘要
以干制轮叶党参为原料,采用浸出法制取轮叶党参提取液,经澄清、调配、过滤、灌装、杀菌等工艺得到轮叶党参饮料。试验结果表明:采用壳聚糖0.4%,结合冷冻法处理轮叶党参原汁,澄清效果较好;最佳配方为糖6%、含汁量为15%、盐0.02%。
Dried Codonopsis Lanceolata was extracted in water to get the extract, which was then clarified, formulated, filtrated and sterilized to give a Codonopsis Lanceolata beverage. The results showed that the optimum clarification was achieved by using 0.4% chitosan combined with the freezing of Codonopsis Lanceolata extract. The best formula of the Codonopsis Lanceolata beverage was 15% Codonopsis Lanceolata extract, 6% sugar and 0.02% salt.
