摘要
笔者通过对建始县2002-2006年退耕还林工程建设情况调查，找出存在的问题，提出可行性对策及建议，供同行参考。
The existing problems of program of converting land to forest have been found out and come up with feasible countermeasure and suggestion for reference to the trade through survey on situation of such program construction from 2002 to 2006 in Jianshi County by the author.
