摘要
分析了目前高校人力资源管理中存在的用人观念落后、缺乏规范的人才培养制度、人才流失严重等问题,提出了加强人力资源管理和开发的措施。
This paper analyzes on some problems existing in current human resource management in university such as the backward concept of making use of the personnel, the shortage of normalized talent cultivation system, and the serious brain drain, etc., and advances some measures for strengthening the human resource management and development.
