经尿道等离子体柱状电极切开汽化治疗尿道狭窄 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价经尿道等离子柱状电极汽化治疗尿道狭窄的效果。方法经尿道应用等离子柱状电极汽化切割治疗23例尿道狭窄。结果手术全部成功,术后随访1个月至2年,18例1次治愈,5例术后行1.5~3个月尿道扩张,排尿通畅。结论经尿道应用等离子柱状电极汽化切割治疗尿道狭窄损伤小,安全有效,并发症少,恢复快,复发率低,是治疗尿道狭窄的理想办法,值得推广普及。 Objective To evaluate the effects of endourethral surgery with plasmakinetic energy for urethral stricture.Methods The 25 patients suffering from urethral stricture were treated by endourethral electrolvaporization surgery with plasmakinetic energy. Results All the patients were cured successfully, and were followed up from 1 to 24 months,among whom 18 have had normal urination and 5 needed intermittent dilation. Conclusion Endoscopic operation with plasmakinetic energy has such advantages as slighter trauma, higher efficiency and safety, less complication, rapid convalescence, good curative effect, etc. It is an optimal method to cure urethral stricture,so worthy to be popularized.
