摘要
实际测量了压电晶体等效电路参数(导纳、阻抗)随频率的变化关系,对换能器粘接到承载体前后的这些关系进行比较后发现,粘接对压电换能器影响比较大,主要表现为粘接后压电晶体的电导和电纳减小,谐振频率和反谐振频率降低。
The frequency character of adpedance of the piezoquartz′s equivalent circuit is measured. The frequency curves of piezoquartz attached to supporting body before and after are compared. It is discovered that adhesion has a large impact on piezoquartz and its uniformity. It shows that conductance and susceptance cut down, resonance frequency and antiresonance frequency decline.
