同源四倍体双胚苗水稻雌配子体的发育特征

Developmental Characteristics of Female Gametophytes of Autotetraploid Rice with Twin-embryo Seedlings

利用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术,对3份水稻材料的雌配子体的发育特征进行了观察鉴定。结果表明,在所有的试验材料中都存在着2种雌配子体的发育现象,即在正常的发育过程中和在异常的发育过程中,各种试验材料均表现出一定的特异性。对于正常的发育过程而言,所有的试验材料均表现出明显的相似性。在2份同源四倍体水稻品系中,双胚苗品系ASDOR05-01比其亲本99-01(4)表现出更加明显的特异性。成熟胚囊的结构状态与其育性表现存在着一定的相关性。经过离子束注入后筛选到的双胚苗水稻材料,在生殖发育特性上表现出更加明显的特异性,即表现出更弱的有性生殖能力。

Developmental characteristics of female gametophytes of autotetraploid rice line with twin-embryo seedlings ASDOR05-01 and its parents, autotetraploid rice line 99-01 （4） and diploid rice line 99-01 were observed and verified by laser scanning confocal microscopy technique. The results showed that there were two kinds of developmental states in the all materials, including the normal and abnormal states. The normally developmental female gametophytes or female gametes showed all obvious similarity in the developmental process. In the two autotetraploid rice lines, ASDOR05-01 had more visible particularity than its parent 99-01 （4） and the developmental state of the mature embryo sacs apparently correlated the setting percentage, indicating its weaker ability in reproductive development.
