摘要
采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫条件,研究3种植物激素IAA,6-BA和GA3对野生大豆幼苗抗旱能力的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,植物激素能增强野生大豆幼苗的抗旱能力,使其正常生长,其中以10 mg/L GA3处理的效果最好。
The effects of IAA, 6-BA and GAs on the tolerance of wild soybean against water stress were studied under the simulated water deficiency by PEG-6000. The results indicated that plant hormones strengthened the tolerance of wild soybean against water stress and 10 mg/L GA3 treatment had the best effects.
