医患关系是医疗过程中的永恒话题。建立和谐的医患关系,需要医院、医务人员和患者的共同努力。作为成功的医生,医术、医德二者缺一不可;作为患者满意的医院,应在提高人性化服务和规范医疗行为方面寻找服务创新点。
Relationships between doctors and patients are the perpetual topic in the medical course. Constructing the harmonious relationships between doctors and patients need the common efforts of hospital, medical staffs and patients. As a successful doctor,medical skill and medical ethics are both necessary. As a satisfied hospital,it should look for the innovatory service in raising humanistic cares and standardizing medical behaviours.
