在市场经济条件下,高校财务管理工作在人员素质、管理体制、内部控制制度、预算管理等方面存在一些问题和不足,对这些问题进行了总结,并对其解决方法进行了粗浅的探讨。
The problems existed in personnel diathesis, management system, internal control system and buget management etc. under the economic market are summarized and the solutions are discussed.
