摘要
全球化与本土化是当代世界发展的一体两面。在全球化的语境中,本土化研究更是为教育国际化与民族化的和谐统一发展的有益探索。作为图书馆现代化建设的一项新制度,学科馆员制度还不完善,所以关注学科馆员、关注本土化,是我们图书馆员的责任与义务。
Today, globality and nativity are the two sides of entire of the world developing. Under the globality talking, investigating nativity is a significative exploration to develop harmoniously and uniformly for the internationalization and nationality. As a new system of modern construction of library, subject librarian system is not consummate. It＇s the duty and incumbency of librarian to give attention to subject librarian and nativity.
