摘要
高校辅导员的职业化、专业化的基本内涵可理解为:以提高辅导员思想政治教育的成效为目标,以教育的专业性、科学性为基本要求,以角色的稳定性和长期性为基本特征,使辅导员作为教师队伍的组成部分,逐步走向专门职业和特定专业的发展趋向和过程。辅导员的职业化、专业化有利于正确定位辅导员与学生的关系,提升和完善辅导员队伍的整体素质,增强大学生思想政治教育的实效。要通过职责分解、任务分流、功能分化,使辅导员能够把主要时间和精力用于大学生思想政治的教育、教学和研究,为实现辅导员职业化、专业化、专家化创造条件。
The college instructors＇ professionalization and specialization are basically aimed at improving the effect of political and ideological education and characterized by stability and protraction.They are beneficial for the relationship between students and instructors,perfection of their whole quality and effect of political and ideological education.Resolution of duty,task and function makes instructors more concentrated on political and ideological education,teaching and research,which paves way for instructor＇s professionalization and specialization.
