冲突与和谐——图书馆服务于城市移民问题研究的反思

Conflict and Diapason-the Library Serve in the City Immigrate the Problem Research and Introspect

移民是人类社会发展的必然结果,移民与社会进步和发展紧密联系。尤其是近年来随着经济全球化和工业化进程的加快,大规模移民活动已经涌现并发生。这其中的农村移民占移民中的大多数,他们中的绝大多数是将成为城市移民,那么面对新环境,他们又会遇到哪些文化冲突?如何解决这种冲突,构建和谐社会,建立起城市移民的文化关注机制,本文运用图书馆的社会职能,寻找文化冲突的基本动因和主要表现,进而反思图书馆在服务于这一群体的现状,化解文化冲突,在促进和谐社会的构建等方面发挥独特的作用。

Immigration is the outcome of historical progress in which it is closely related with social progress,especially recent years when economic globalization and industrialization run with all speed nowadays large scale of immigration movement is springing up. Immigrants from countryside constitute majority, most of them will become city dweller,what conflicts would they meet？ And how to bear them,bnild a harmonious society and provide cultural concern mechanism for them and soon,this question are faced us. In this paper, we utilize library function try to look these cultural conflicts for their basic reason and forms of expression ,review present situation if library services for this group,and then discuss how library could play special role to dissolve conflicts and promote harmonious society.
