摘要
文章分析了全球化背景下图书馆管理环境的变化与趋势,及其对图书馆管理战略的影响,以及相应的营销对策。认为图书馆基于知识服务的全球化的同时,保障文化多元化差异的管理理念和营销,将是图书馆未来可持续发展的必然选择。
The paper analyzes the change and trends of the library management environment against globalization background ,the influence on the strategy of library management and the corresponding marketing countermeasures. The author thinks that based on the globalization of knowledge service the library guarantees of the management concept and marketing of the cultural pluralist difference will be the inevitable choice of library in future.
