本文以评估为前提,论述了高校图书馆员职业道德的现实价值及加强图书馆员职业道德的必要性。并结合本馆实际工作,提出了加强高校图书馆员职业道德的策略和方法。

Based on assessments, the realistic value of professional ethics of librarians of academic library and the necessity of strengthening it were discussed in this paper, According to the practical work of our library, the strategies and methods of improving professional ethics of librarians of academic library were also put forward.
