摘要
通过对发动机振动信号基本特性的分析,确定了发动机振动的主要激励源和传播途径。并采用时域,频域的分析方法对故障特征信号进行分析,从而得到气门间隙异常状态的信息。在此基础上,提出了一种简单有效的诊断方法。
The main drive source and dissemination way of engine vibration has been confirmed through analyzing the basic characteristics of engine vibration signal. Adopting the method of time domain and frequency range, the breakdown characteristic signal is analyzed, and the information of the abnormal state of valve clearance is obtained. A simple and effective diagnosis method is propounded.
