摘要
介绍了凸轮轴表面强化处理技术,分析了凸轮轴传统表面处理的特点及其存在问题,研究了凸轮轴激光表面热处理工艺及其质量影响因素。激光表面热处理后的凸轮轴表面淬硬层硬度有大幅度的增加,有利于提高凸轮轴表面抗疲劳强度。与现行的凸轮轴表面处理工艺相比,激光热处理工艺稳定、可靠,易于实现自动化,具有广阔的应用前景。
The surface strengthening treatment technique for camshaft is introduced, and the characteristics of traditional surface treatment for camshaft and its existing problems are analyzed. In the mean time, heat treatment technics of laser surface and its effecting factors for camshaft are studied. The hardness of camshaft surface quenching layer by laser surface heat treatment has been greatly improved. This is benefit to increase the surface fatigue strength of camshaft. Compared with the current surface treatment technics for camshaft with the csraft, laser heat treatment craft is stable and credible. It's apt to realize automation, and it has a widely applying foreground.
