三年建设前后疾病预防控制机构人力规模的比较研究

Analysis on comparing of the human power scale in disease prevention and control organizations fore-and-aft three year's construction

通过全国系统抽样,获取疾病预防控制机构三年在岗人员数量基本资料,进行人力数量不同级别和地区间的比较。结果显示,疾病预防控制中心人员数量略有下降,专业站(所)人员数量有较大程度的增加;东部增加,西部减少。

Objective By using national sampling survey, the data were obtained about the human quantity in organizations. The quantity between organizations from different levels or areas were compared. The result shows that the number of personnel in organizations increased a little. The in CDC decreased, while that in the special institutions increased. And it increased in east, opposite in the west.
